This sample solution uses WordPress plugin that allows you to use Windows Azure Storage Service to host your media for your WordPress powered blog. Windows Azure Storage is an effective way to scale storage of your site without having to go through the expense of setting up the infrastructure for a content delivery.

After deploy solution to Windows Azure you must configure plugin with Windows Azure Storage Account info.

SQL Azure database must be exists before deploy. The first time WordPress creates tables.

In wp-config.php file DDBB connection must be configured:

define('DB_NAME', 'SQLAzureDDBBName');

define('DB_USER', 'user@servername’);

define('DB_PASSWORD', 'Password');

define('DB_HOST', ' servernameAzure.database.windows.net');

This solution is simpler than drive version, but It is important to note that if you want to install or update plugins, you must redeploy to solutions.

New plugins must be added in Visual Studio solution and update Windows Azure deployment.
